Surface Pro models and Surface 3
To find the serial number on your Surface, flip out the kickstand and look for the 12-digit string of numbers near its base.
The serial number for your Surface Book is on the bottom edge of the Clipboard where it attaches to the keyboard.
The serial number for Surface Laptop is on the bottom center near the hinge.
The serial number for Surface Studio is located on the bottom of the base.

Physical Damage and abuse cause by customer will NOT be covered.
I no longer want the item how do I return?
